Gary took on a residential new build in Governors Bay including a retaining wall.

“Gary Mason Construction has been wonderful to work with throughout the project. The sense of honesty and dedication to the project was evident. The builders were extremely good at what they do and when faced with problems they always dealt with them professionally and in a  timely fashion. We always felt like they were looking out for us. There were several issues that the builders had to deal with due to geo-tech and engineering changes which they took in stride and avoided lengthy delays and schedule changes. Whenever an obstacle looked like it would stall the build, the builders found a way to carry on. All the builders from Gary Mason construction were professional and very skilled builders and problem solvers. The quality of the build was exceptional!

Several times during the project I had heard inspectors note the high quality of the workmanship. From things as mundane as the drainage behind a retaining wall to the complexities of a multi-pitch scissor-trussed roof, these guys can do it all!

If I ever build another house, Gary and his team would be the builders for me. I will continue to recommend them to friends building new homes. We had some horrendous weather which I thought would have stopped most builders in their tracks but these guys just persevered through it all, amazing work ethic! “ - Jeff James
