This project was a heritage category 1 repair. A two-year project for the Donaldson Family.

This project was a strengthening project, including a steel external frame and 16 piles to 26 meters. It also included a new stairwell, elevator, extension of the first floor to meet the steel frame and fit out for offices.

Gary took on a residential new build in Governors Bay including a retaining wall.

The builders were extremely good at what they do and when faced with problems they always dealt with them professionally and in a  timely fashion. We always felt like they were looking out for us. There were several issues that the builders had to deal with due to geo-tech and engineering changes which they took in stride and avoided lengthy delays and schedule changes. Several times during the project I had heard inspectors note the high quality of the workmanship. From things as mundane as the drainage behind a retaining wall to the complexities of a multi-pitch scissor-trussed roof, these guys can do it all!
